There is an ongoing proposal of modification of the harmonized classification of the solvent butyl glycol (CAS: 111-76-2), that has to be approved from European Commission.
Starting from 2021 or 2022 (deadline to be decided) the following risk phrases will apply:

Skin Irrit. 2, H315
Eye Dam. 1, H318
STOT RE 2, H373
Consequently, the product must be labelled with GHS06 – Skull and crossbones and is dangerous goods for transport under ADR.
